Our guests and our teams are top priority, so we’re doing everything we can to keep them safe. We’re a restaurant business, so stringent handwashing and hygiene is absolutely essential for us already – but we’ve stepped this up during the outbreak. Here’s a few things we’re doing to keep everyone safe:
- Firstly, we’ll be temporarily closing the seating areas of our restaurants in the coming days. We’re still available via drive-thru, takeaway or home delivery.
- We’ve upped the regularity with which we clean and sanitise the key areas of our restaurants.
- We’re recommending our guests use a contactless payment method if they can
- We’re working with our delivery partners to find ways to further reduce contact with riders.
We really want to thank our amazing teams for all their hard work at this tricky time. We’re asking them not to come into the restaurant if they (or anyone in their household) have any symptoms. They’re taking such care to keep our customers safe – so we’d ask the same of our guests to keep them safe too. We’re all in this together.
We’re following PHE guidance and will continue to keep our restaurants open for as long as it’s safe to do so.
